How information is used when you shop, create an account or send us a brief.
Information we use
We store information you submit: account name, email, phone, delivery addresses, orders, saved items, enquiries and uploaded references. Essential session and cart cookies keep sign-in and shopping working.
Accounts and project files
Firebase supports account authentication. Project files are private attachments available to authorised MARC staff for enquiry review; they are not published as gallery content. Orders and enquiries are stored on the website server.
Service providers
Information needed to operate the site, fulfil orders or communicate with you may be processed by hosting, authentication, delivery and communication providers. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in uploads.
Marketing and your choices
Newsletter consent is separate from order or enquiry communication. Contact MARC to withdraw marketing consent or request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.
